Shipping and Returns
How do I return an item?
At Balmers we offer our customers a money-back guarantee on all unopened products. We also will refund the purchase price (minus shipping & handling) on up to two units of opened product. (Please note: you should use our products for a minimum of one month in order to achieve full efficacy.) If you are not totally satisfied after one month of using the product, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund of the price you paid for the product (less shipping and handling). You may return the product for up to 90 days after the purchase.
Only two units of opened product are eligible for a refund. All other packages/bottles of the same product must be in the sealed container to be eligible for refund.
You have 90 days from when your product was shipped to return it. We cannot process returns past 90 days.
We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling.
To process your return, please do the following:
- Call Customer Service at 385-212-4055 or email email@example.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package AND on the printed receipt of purchase you received when you purchased the product being returned. Packages sent to us without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping returned products.
- In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all of the unused portion of the product along with the RMA number visibly marked on the outside of the package AND on the receipt/proof of purchase. If you have lost the email you received with the proof of purchase, please let us know via email or phone and we will resend it to you.
- We strongly recommend returning packages via certified mail with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are lost.
